Cleaver to Headline KCK Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast

In matters of faith, at least, the state line poses no boundary: Emanuel Cleaver, who has represented Missouri’s 5th District in Congress since 2004, is the keynote speaker for the Mayors’ Prayer Breakfast on Nov. 7. The event begins at 7 a.m. at the Reardon Center, 500 Minnesota Ave.
